Housing Support

The Housing Support Worker Project is a service for tenants of Oadby & Wigston Borough Council. All cases are by referral only.

The project is an independent service offering advice and support on issues affecting your tenancy.

The Housing Support Worker will try and help you maintain your tenancy by addressing problem issues such as:
-setting up a new tenancy
-applying for benefits or benefit backdates
-rent arrears or debt management
-anti-social behaviour or neighbour nuisance

The project can also signpost you to other relevant agencies depending on your circumstances and needs.

Your Support Worker will be honest, reliable and approachable looking to offer practical advice and assistance.
